The more dancing you do, the more you need to care for your body. Ballet technique relies on moving well so you can keep improving, take on fun challenges, and grow as an artist. Group classes juggle many dancers’ needs at once, leaving you to figure out your body on your own. Without the right tools, dancers too often hit a wall via frustration or injury.

I hit my wall around the time I graduated from professional ballet school. Illness, injuries, and stress took a toll on my innate coordination, and my dancing fell apart. When I found a passion for teaching, the missing pieces clicked into place. I learned tools to support mobility, retrain disrupted coordination, and master complex movements without excessively straining the body.

*As a ballet teacher, I can’t diagnose or treat injuries, but I can work with your health team to help you transition back to dancing your best.
